Scope and contact
This notice concerns the current English for Kids from PMG app for iPhone and iPad. The publisher is Gennadii Tsodikov. Parents can contact the publisher at genngoldman@gmail.com about the app or privacy. This website is primarily for parents of children aged 5–8; its privacy notice is separate from the app’s.
Information on your device
English for Kids from PMG saves learning progress, preferences and parent-facing learning statistics on the device. It does not require a personal English for Kids from PMG account or a child’s name. The Unity software used by the app also creates a local installation identifier for its operation. Device backups may retain app data according to your Apple settings.
Purchases and restoration
Apple handles App Store payments and subscriptions. English for Kids from PMG uses Unity’s in-app purchasing integration to check products, purchases and restored access. This involves the product and transaction or receipt information needed to provide purchased access. Do not send Apple Account passwords or payment-card details to the developer. Apple provides the account, billing, cancellation and refund controls.
Analytics and the App Store declaration
The current iOS project is configured to disable built-in Unity Analytics and Performance Reporting, and advertising is not enabled. The App Store privacy section contains the publisher’s current data-collection declaration. Technical processing by Apple and the software services used for purchases is subject to their respective policies; this notice does not describe all network activity as absent.
Support and privacy requests
If you email support, the publisher receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and uses them to address your request. Please omit children’s personal details and remove private information from screenshots. Write to genngoldman@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. Records needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations may need to be retained.
